Return Window

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery.


 Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required

 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale/Clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to mishandling or incorrect washing

 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at support@dripnlit.com or via WhatsApp with your Order ID
  2. Share the reason and any supporting images (if applicable)
  3. We’ll guide you through the return/exchange process

Note: Shipping charges for returns are covered by the customer unless the error is from our end.

We offer exchange only. In rare cases (like product unavailability), a full refund may be issued.
