You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Sale/Clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to mishandling or incorrect washing

- Share the reason and any supporting images (if applicable)
- We’ll guide you through the return/exchange process
Note: Shipping charges for returns are covered by the customer unless the error is from our end.
